Super resolution microscopy in vascular cells

We are recurring undergrad researchers to conduct super resolution microscopy to investigate a new molecular regulation (epi-transcriptome) in vascular endothelial cells.

Primary Responsibilities: 

We are recruiting undergrad researchers to conduct super resolution microscopy to investigate a new molecular regulation (epi-transcriptome) in vascular endothelial cells. The students will be conducting STORM microscopy to investigate the cellular localizations if a few key epi-transcriptomic regulators in vascular endothelial cells.

Minimum Qualifications and/or Eligibility Requirements: 

Students with strong interests and some experience in super resolution microscopy are preferred but not required.


Preferred Skills: 

some experience in super resolution microscopy
