Gender, Sexuality, and Biblical Interpretation in Eastern Christianity

Opportunity Description:

Primary Responsibilities: 

Assembling research on early Christian writings from the regions of North Africa and the Middle East; analyze data about the prevalence of particular biblical figures; create spreadsheets tracking extant research and future avenues for inquiry.

Minimum Qualifications and/or Eligibility Requirements: 

Strong written and analytical skills required;


Preferred Skills: 

Proficiency in modern languages (German, French, Italian, Russian, Arabic) and/or ancient languages (Greek, Coptic, Armenian) preferred.

Knowledge or skills gained from the experience: 

Strengthen skills in writing, analysis, and data organization.
