Study Award: Creative and Performing Arts Study Award:
  • Focused interest in the host country
  • Compelling reason to pursue a graduate degree at the host institution
  • Graduate program appropriateness
  • Academic preparation for graduate program
  • Focused interest in the host country
  • Compelling rationale to advance artistic/creative practice through a graduate degree at the host institution
  • Creative/artistic experience and preparation for graduate program
  • Graduate program appropriateness

 Candidates for the Fulbright Study Award and Creative and Performing Arts Study Award can affirm the following statements:

  • I can explain how completing my graduate program of choice in the host country specifically makes sense for my long-term interests and goals.
  • I can articulate ways that I wish to actively engage with and learn from my host country community.
  • I can describe how I am prepared (including linguistically) to succeed in this graduate program in the host country. (Students are strongly encouraged to explore and utilize language study resources in preparation for (and/or in addition to) their application for the Fulbright US Student Program.)
