Research Assistant Position for Prof. Ming Xiang

Opportunity Description:


A research assistant position is open in the Language Processing Lab in the Linguistics Department, starting from Winter 2024. The RA will be involved in a project investigating the neurophysiological effect of social stereotypes on language comprehension.

Specific duties include assistance in behavioral and EEG data collection, human subject recruitment, data preprocessing and maintenance.

Previous experience with EEG data collection is preferred. Programming and statistical knowledge is a plus.
